We had a blast at the water park and enjoyed the pool and slides for hours. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The 7/11 next door was convenient, and there were even shops for children's accessories. We also appreciated the availability of parking, although it was limited. The Songthaews stopping opposite the 7/11 made it easy to explore other areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with preteen children.

We had the best ever resort experience at The Splash! The rooms were amazing, perfectly designed and spacious. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of clean and delicious options. We were impressed by the traditional welcome and highly recommend this place. The manager, Jing, went above and beyond to help us, even finding parking for us when the resort was full. The water slides and beach spa were excellent, and our kids had a blast. a highly recommended resort for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

My room was good-sized and functional with comfortable beds and pillows, loved it. Location: the hotel was short walk to a lovely quiet beach and shops for children's accessories and koh chang for 5 weeks.

The cottage provided an amazing experience with an exceptionally comfortable bed, and the staff were readily available to help and showed care towards guests.

The location is convenient with a pharmacy and 7-Eleven nearby. The swimming pool with slides is enjoyable for children and adults alike. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is good enough with a variety of options.

Bathroom cleanliness is lacking as wet mud and tissues were found on the floor.

The bedroom at The Splash Koh Chang was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the tropical gardens from the spacious balcony. It felt so refreshing and energizing to wake up to such a lovely sight. As a disabled guest, this view brought a sense of tranquility and relaxation to my stay.

Personally, I found the ensuite bathroom with rain showers in the standard superior rooms a bit inconvenient. While some guests might enjoy this feature, I would have preferred a regular shower as it would have been easier for me to use given my disability.

The beachfront was perfect for our family. We loved the calm sea conditions, and the kids had an amazing time on the water slides. the massage area beside the beach was really relaxing, and the staff were so friendly. the breakfast was good, and there were plenty of choices. We were pleased with the complimentary parking, which was easily accessible, and the location was perfect for us.

There was a bad smell in one of the rooms, and we had to change. the parking was small and limited, so we had to park in the street.

the water park at our stay in koh chang was perfect for the kids. great location with restaurants and shops nearby. spacious family room with bunk beds.

No water basin or floor mat for washing sand off feet.
